While the Los Angeles had become the first to earn a post-season spot earlier on Sunday, the Seattle team secured their place to the postseason after a 24-month hiatus.

With this outcome, the Seahawks now lead their Conference standings with a 12-3 mark, supplanting the Los Angeles, who dropped to the number five seed with an 11-4 record.
